Paid Media Expert / Professional / Specialist / Manager (WFH)
Responsible for creating and optimizing paid media channels to support business growth.
Developing, executing and optimizing cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
Working cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization
Providing ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders
Defining, measuring, and evaluating relevant paid media KPIs
Building out media buys for various ad platforms and overseeing the day-to-day execution of paid media
Overseeing and managing the overall budget for paid media
Conducting in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Maintaining knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Advertising budget for clients on a monthly basis
Passion for understanding data
Creating campaigns
Generating leads/Revenue for clients
Requirements
- With 1-2 years of prior experience in PPC and Facebook Ads
- Ability to report on the account's health and conversions
- Ability to create new campaigns
- PPC Risk management
- Monitoring PPC and Google Ads
- Quality score for PPC ads
- Landing page for Ads and PPC displays
As a Paid Media Specialist at Repstack, you will get to do more than just manage online advertisements. You will be responsible for ensuring paid media projects are successfully planned and executed while contributing to the growth of the company via paid media strategies. More specifically, you’ll get to:
Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch

Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media
Oversee and manage overall paid media budget
Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping and audience targeting
Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies
Compensation We offer upto Rs.70,000 for extremely experienced candidates and we pay you bi-weekly. Salary bump within three months depending on your performance with the client. It is an extremely demanding and rewarding career path.
Job Requirements
· Excellent English communication skills is a must to deal with a US client.
· You have to be loud and outgoing for this job
· You have to be willing to work USA business hours
· You have to be willing to work with cameras on, so clients can see you on zoom, skype, etc.
· You have to be willing to sign a minimum 1-year commitment agreement
· This is a work from home position with the following prerequisites:
· Have a 15 MBS minimum internet connection.
· Have a dedicated and comfortable workspace inside your house with no interruptions.
· Have a backup power source.
