As a warehouse manager, you'll need to:

• Liaise with Global and Vision warehouse Managers and Staff.
• Maintains receiving, warehousing, and dispensing operation by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
• Maintain warehouse pallets space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met.
• Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
• Keep stock control in SAP up to date and make sure inventories are accurate and match with physical inventories at all time.
• Intimate Expiry, Redress, Internal transfer, Printing activities and approvals within time frame.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical count; reconciling with data storage system for Finish Goods, Packaging and Raw Material.
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded, monitor staff performance and progress.
• Produce Excel reports and develop SAP Reports, share statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Brief team leaders on a daily basis and visit both sites to monitor the quality of service being offered to production.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
• Establish Key performance indicators related to strategy that tracks progress.
