| Job Description: |
We are looking forward to adding a highly motivated individual who can handle queries related to the Security Cameras System (DVR, NVR, IP Cameras Etc.) for international clients (particularly USA) via phone & emails.
- FDS Communications, an International company is looking for energetic and dedicated candidates who possess good English communication skills, with ability to multi task.
- Candidates having experience of inbound / outbound calling and web-based services are encouraged to apply.
- Successful individuals would be offered Fixed Basic Salary, Attendance Bonus, U.S. Holidays, Eid Holidays & Annual Bonus.
Duties & Tasks:
- Provide customer support & technical queries resolution via phone & email.
- Project management, record keeping, and reporting.
- Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.
- Offer alternative & smart solutions in order to meet accuracy & timeline.
- Take all necessary measures to ensure client satisfaction.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication skills
- Fluency in spoken & Written English, correct grammar, comprehension.
