| Job Description: |
- An International Company is looking to hire a TSRs/CSRs.
- It’s an office-based opportunity, candidates with excellent command on English written and verbal communication skills are eligible for this job.
- The candidates whose skillset does not match the eligibility criteria are requested "Not to Apply for this post".
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong Command over Spoken-English with having good American or British Accent.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
- Must have proven experience as CSR or Business Development Officer with any international firm.
- The candidate must demonstrate a natural passion and drive to improve, enhance, and add value to the operations.
- A professional image with an immaculate appearance and presentation
- Take ownership of successes, failures and strives to meet goals
- Knowledge of working on time management
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates should be willing to work in night shift (2 pm-11 pm)
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Must be willing to grow in the organization and ultimately lead a team.
