| Job Description: |
- For a steel manufacturing unit located in SITE Karachi a Senior Accountant having AT LEAST 10 years relevant experience capable of preparing a comprehensive set of draft accounts and filing Sales Tax returns under the GST system.
- A good knowledge of costing in a manufacturing environment is also required.
- The ideal candidate should have an additional qualification (M Com ; ACMA or ACCA) or be advanced in working towards such a qualification.
- Candidate must be a self starter capable of working with annual auditors and understand the supporting documents required for Tax and Accounting queries.
- Good communication skills and a strong knowledge of computers would be an added advantage.
- This job will require a person who pays attention to detail and follow up and is office based so might suit a motivated female or male candidate.
