Job Description:
  •   Top Supervision of all regions Branches/project and Head office Architectural layout as per Branch/Management requirement and make it through in-house Architect.
  •   Top Supervision for Making of BOQs for Renovation works
  •   Selection of contractors & architects (with the approval of the competent authority) and awarding contracts thereof.
  • While recommending names of the bidders & contractors ensuring their technically & financially sound and capable enough to perform the proposed task in proficient manners.
  •   Carrying out bidding process transparently, issuance of work orders & all related documentation.
  •   Initiation of proposals and seeking budgetary approvals of the competent authority
  •   Coordination with the Architects & the contractors for project planning, drawings, implementation in accordance with Bank’s approved standards after approval of Bank’s management & for timely execution of projects.
  •   Ensuring compliance of bank’s policy as well as regulators instructions, guidelines, policies, procedures, rules & regulations
  •   To ensure correct payments to the vendors/contractors through vigilant/efficient processing of bills/payments after proper verification.
  •   Exercising due vigilance through on-site visits/monitoring of different projects randomly in order to ensure that the work has been carried out satisfactorily as per approved drawings, BOQs, and given timelines.
  •   Assist the Section Head Premises and Head of Admin in follow-up of targets assigned. provide feedback & ensure timelines are met.
  •   To assist and provide back-up to Manager Administration in handling day-to-day affairs as per Bank’s internal policy & SBP requirements.
  •   Introducing and enlistment of some of Service vendors into AVL (Approved Vendor List)
  •   Remove all Audit Objection against Branch Development Department)
  •   Responsible for all south region Branches Major Renovation and maintenance issue and keep following up
  •   Preparation of Proposal of Branches Renovation works for management
  •   Survey to Branches upon as per instructions of Management and submitting its report
  •   Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all premises record as per Bank’s policy.
  •   Any other duty assigned by the Head of Admin and Admin Manager from time to time.
