| Job Description: |
We are looking for a experienced UX Designer to design our software and platforms in our office in Lahore.
You will combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience and must have talent and flair, an eye for detail, and a passion for the digital space.

- Understand product specifications and user psychology
- Conduct a discovery phase: work closely with Product Owner, analyze project requirements,
- Constantly identify opportunities to optimize the product experience.
- Understand business goals, user’s behavior, needs and problems.
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Produce necessary UX artifacts (screen maps, personas, user flows, wireframes, annotations etc.) for hand-off to customer and project team.
- Be open to constructive critique.
- Work with UI designers to implement attractive designs
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of professional design experience as a UX / interaction software designer, architect, mobile applications or a similar UX-related role.
- Experience in collaboration with designers and developers.
- Effective communication skills in English – you should be able to elicit project details and clearly articulate your design decisions.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills. Acumen in communicating complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.
- Portfolio of high quality work, interaction design skills, jaw dropping / transformational original ideas.
