| Job Description: |
- Responsible for maintaining and managing in-house inventory manually.
- Approval of stock entries in (IMS).
- Maintain store inventory
- Responsible for forecasting demand and make delivery schedule of expecting incoming
- stock deliveries and make follow-ups with vendors in this regard.
- Receiving of stock deliveries under own supervision.
- Inspection of delivered stock according to different parameters / SOP’s.
- Proceed payment file after stock entries into Ledger.
- Issuance of stock under own supervision.
- Re-Order of endless items after minimum deadline and follow-ups.
- Provide assistance regarding official matters, when needed.
- Public dealing and miscellaneous etc.
