Job Description
- Brainstorming and implementing event plans and concepts.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)
- Photo/Video editing for social media Instagram and Facebook.
- Handling event budgeting and invoicing.
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors.
- Handling logistics.
- Managing branding and communication.
- Developing event feedback surveys.
- Handling post-event reports.
- Assisting in planning and developing content/graphics for brochures, posters, website, presentations, and training materials
Requirements:
- Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and CorelDraw
- Strong communication and creative skills
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks
- Must be able to meet deadlines
- Must have a good understanding of branding, designing, and promotional communications
