Job Description:

  • Managing talent acquisition process, responsible for creating job descriptions, advertising job vacancies, scheduling, conducting preliminary interviews and processing new hire paperwork starting from the CV sourcing till on boarding and orientation.

  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels and source on continuous basis in order to avoid unforeseen circumstance.

  • Responsible for developing CV Bank along with all the details of the profile, maintaing interview date, their status for past and future concerns.

  • Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments.

  • Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to Supervisor.

  • Draft and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, HR forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.

  • Attending / Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.

  • Maintaining department records and reports.

  • Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department.

  • Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination.Maintains employee benefit program and stays up to date on all benefit needs.

  • Researches and advises on ways to ensure that employees feel they are treated fairly, feel supported, and empowered in all things benefits and HR.

  • Ensures legal compliance by implementing applicable human resource state requirements.

  • Tracks and organizes employee documents in a way that facilitates quick retrieval.
